It’s a short (action-packed), 30-minute call. 

We charge a flat rate per sprint (paid upfront) before work starts.

Pricing varies depending on the size/state of your website, existing systems, the amount of content, and current customer data. On average, the cost of an initial round of all 3 sprints—Rightsize, Sales Enablement, and Thought Leadership—is around $35,000 – $50,000 (over three months). 

Once we finish the Rightsizing Sprint, we’ll work with your team to create sales enablement and thought leadership content in ad hoc sprints (as needed). 

If you have a marketing team and only need knowledge transfer/support, we offer consulting sprints for $1500 per month. This includes two 90-minute workshops (each focusing on a separate challenge) along with our templates, frameworks, and processes.

We record every discovery call so we spend less time taking notes and more time learning about you, your business, and your needs. We’ll also review the call to create a proposal that fits those needs.

And we’ll remind you of the recording before the call starts.

We’re happy to provide support with implementation if you already have a strategy in place and a working website.

However, we will need to evaluate that strategy and your website first. Lots of firms skip strategy (or follow a plan of tactics without a singular aim) and rush into implementation. That leads to content for the sake of content, which often fails to achieve business goals. We don’t want that. 

If there’s a sound strategy based on customer data and a recently audited and updated website in place, we’re happy to help with implementation.

Otherwise, we’ll need to rightsize those efforts in a sprint first.
